Neil was born in Salem, Virginia and graduated from Glenvar High School in 1973. He received degrees in New Testament Studies, Preaching, and Missions from Johnson Bible College in Knoxville, Tennessee. During his college days, Neil had a weekend Youth Ministry in Rogersville, Tennessee and two Missions Internships in Wahiawa and Honolulu, Hawaii. He served for three years as Minister of the Rosebud Christian Church in Walnut Cove, North Carolina before starting his ministry with CCC in 1980. Neil has volunteered in the Chester community as a Chaplain with the Chesterfield Police Department since 1990. He currently serves on the Council of Seventy at Johnson Bible College and is on the Board of Directors of the Virginia Evangelizing Fellowship. Neil likes to read, fish, and golf, but the love of his life is his wife, Carole. Together they enjoy watching their children Betsy, Angela, and son-in-law Patrick grow into adulthood and in their relationships with Christ. |

Shirley Warren Shirley Warren was born in Portsmouth, Virginia, where she met her husband, Donnie. Shirley and Donnie have been married since December of 1963. They have one daughter, Cindy, one son, Donnie Jr., and one grandson, Jonathan. Shirley and Donnie started serving with Chester Christian Church in February of 1978 after moving from Chesapeake, Virginia. Shirley has served with Chester Christian Church in various capacities and now serves as the Treasurer and Office Administrator. |

Kandi Corum Kandi Corum has been serving Chester Christian Church as an administrative assistant since 1996. She and her husband, Roy, have been married for 22 years. They have five children and two grandchildren. Kandi serves the youth of the Chester community by volunteering her time as the Program Director for Chester Cheerleading. She also serves as the treasurer for the Chester Youth Sports Boosters Club. |
