Joe helps us with our mission of discipling people in the Gospel by overseeing our small groups. He is originally from Clearwater, Florida and received his Bachelor's in counseling from Trinity College. He has spent the last 8 years serving in churches. Joe is an avid fisherman who loves Jesus and getting coffee with friends. He and his wife, Claire, have two sons, Finn and Hugh, and two dogs, Lucy and Otto.

Before coming on staff, Lynette volunteered in children's ministry for almost 20 years. She oversees our programming for all of our children and students (birth - high school). She truly loves children and children love her! Lynette and her husband, Mike, have two sons, Jacob and Justin along with two bonus daughters, Savannah and Molly.  You can email Lynette here.

Heather oversees the discipling and equipping of birth through fifth graders and their parents.  Before coming on staff, Heather, a graduate of the University of Virginia, taught middle school for ten years at Henrico County Public Schools. She has volunteered in children’s and youth ministry for over 7 years. Heather and her husband, John, have two children, Aubrey and Logan, and love spending time with them in the great outdoors. Charlie oversees all of our music and technical teams and leads us in worship. He has been in various worship ministry positions for over ten years in various-sized congregations. He enjoys playing songs that bring all the voices in the room together as an outpouring of praise to God. Charlie and his wife, Melissa, have three kids and live in the middle-of-nowhere Yale, VA as he serves as the manager of Camp Rudolph.  You can email Charlie here.
